Whether you're planning a birthday party, a team away day, or a weekly yoga class, Mottisfont Village Hall has the space, the setting, and the flexibility to make it work. Here's how you can hire the space.
Parties, Celebrations and Games Nights
Birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, games nights, engagement parties – the hall is yours to set up however you like.
Bring your own caterer or use the fully equipped kitchen yourself. Arrange the chairs theatre-style, in rounds, or clear the floor entirely. Spill out onto the patio and field for games, bring a bouncy castle or just have extra space for your guests. Outdoor games and puzzles are available to hire with your booking (from £7.50).

Corporate Away Days
Room for your whole team, away from the office, in the Test Valley countryside – sometimes that's all your team needs to make decisions and think creatively. The committee room seats 12 around a table, ideal for board meetings, planning days, or smaller training sessions. The main hall accommodates up to 60 theatre-style for larger workshops or away days.
Free Wi-Fi, on-site parking for up to 15 cars, a fully equipped kitchen for teas and catering, and the option to use the outdoor field if you want to get outside.
Hire by the hour or take the whole day.

Regular Groups & Classes
If you run a club, class, or community group and need a reliable, affordable space on a recurring basis, we'd love to welcome you. The hall is already home to a brass band, an art group, a whist club and dog training classes — and there's room for plenty more.
Regular hirers benefit from preferential rates, and registered charities are charged at our lowest rate. Bookings can be set up as recurring so you're not re-booking every week.

Wedding Receptions
Set in the heart of one of Hampshire’s most beautiful villages, just minutes from Mottisfont Abbey and surrounded by the Test Valley countryside, the hall offers a blank-canvas reception venue with modern amenities. Full of character and original features, but with a well-equipped kitchen, outdoor space, and capacity for up to 60 guests indoors or 120 outside, it is ideal for couples looking for a flexible setting.

About the hall
Mottisfont & Dunbridge Village Hall

60 people
Pricing: £9.00-£22.00 per hour
The Main Hall comfortably accommodates up to 60 people in theatre-style seating, or around 40 seated at tables.
As part of your booking, you will have exclusive use of The Main Hall and the Committee Room. The Committee Room can hold about 12 people.
There are 50 comfortable matching chairs and 10 fold-up tables which can accommodate up to 8 people each. There are also 10 smaller fold-up card tables. Extra tables and chairs suitable for indoor or outside use are stored in the scout hut, if needed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has oven, hob, kettles, hot plates, microwave, etc. There are place settings for 50 people including plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, cruet sets, etc.
There are male and female toilets and a separate disabled toilet. The whole hall is suitable for disabled access.
Outside there is a large patio area. Outside tables and chairs are stored on site and are available at no extra charge. The large field attached to the hall is well kept and is ideal for games or leisure activities.
Car parking is on site and is suitable for up to 15 cars. Cars can also be parked on the field.
