Regular groups & classes

Lockerley and District Silver Band is a friendly, community-focused brass band that has been part of village life for 146 years. We welcome players of all ages and abilities, from experienced musicians to those returning after a break or looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

The band rehearses regularly at Mottisfont Village Hall and performs at a variety of local events throughout the year, including village fêtes, community celebrations, and seasonal concerts. Our aim is to provide enjoyable music for the community while fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for our members.

We are always happy to hear from new players or anyone interested in getting involved. Whether you already play a brass instrument or would like to start, please get in touch.

Confidence-building dog training classes run from the hall and grounds by qualified IMDT-accredited instructor Sandra. Sessions focus on calm, connection, and reward-based learning – covering enrichment and engagement games, life skills, trick training, Hoopers, and IMDT Partnership Grades. 

A friendly, judgement-free environment for dogs and owners at every level.
